Before building AARJI, Dr. Arpita Jain worked as an HR professional and closely observed the realities inside organizations: policies existed, yet people did not always feel heard; expectations existed, yet they did not always meet reality.
AARJI began with the belief that workplaces can be structured and supportive at the same time—where employees feel valued and employers build teams through trust, transparency and balance.
